Riley Orrico

140 pounds to 136 pounds in 9 months

Riley was able to successfully prep for her first show while finishing her business degree at Western Kentucky University and bartending full time. She was able to do so because of consistent communication which allowed me to perfect the plan around her schedule. Her time management was impeccable throughout this prep. We reverse dieted her for 5 months to rebuild her metabolic rate and increase lean muscle mass before beginning her prep diet. She was able to obtain her national qualification and placed top 3 in all of her classes for her first show.


Drew Yenilla

385 pounds to 210 pounds in 13 months

Drew started with me in September of 2021 very disgruntled after attempting a crash diet to lose as much weight as quickly as possible. I provided him with a meal plan full of variety and nutrients and we worked together to set up a scalable, practical plan to ensure he wouldn’t feel discouraged. He still had weekly untracked free meals, every 25 pounds lost we gave him a diet break, and all major holidays he was able to enjoy time with loved ones. 


Food was never reduced from the base plan. We started with a daily step goal, then progressed to 2 workouts per week, then gradually increased workouts as progress began to stall until he was training 5x per week and as he developed more confidence in the gym setting.


AJ Welch

201 Pounds to 197 Pounds in 8 Months

AJ joined after a poor show experience due to negligible coaching. My goal in this show prep was to show AJ he can be a very competitive athlete and has a very bright future. We were able to take a 2nd place to the overall winner

Mary Gilmore

140 Pounds to 118 Pounds In 6 Months

Mary joined with the aspirations to step on stage for the first time, we worked on a shortened timeline of 6 months but due to Mary’s ability to communicate, ask questions, and follow the plan we were able to make the most of the time we had. For her FIRST season Mary won 6 classes, 2 novice overalls, and 2 open overalls!


Andy Bobich

210 pounds to 195 pounds in 6 months

Andy works a very chaotic schedule in the logistics industry, most work weeks averaged 70 hours in the office. Taking this into account I wrote a meal plan that was focused around more practical, “grab and go” food sources as well as providing a flexible dieting approach to make this more of a lifestyle plan. He trained an average of 4x per week if his schedule allowed, 3 cardio sessions per week, and still had at least one weekly untracked free meal. The primary focus was making this plan easy to follow so this transformation can be sustained for as long as he would like.


Riley Hard

135 pounds to 154 pounds in 13 months

Riley started with me in May of 2022 with the aspiration of competing one day. We had some shoulder injuries to work around through prehabilitation and rehabilitation protocols as well as corrective exercises. We spent 12 of the 13 months working together focused on adding muscle naturally, he has a very fast metabolism so carbs peaked at over 800 grams daily. In mid-May we decided to commit to a 4 week prep for his first show. He was able to win his class and obtain his national qualification at 154 pounds.


Kirsten Pride

169 pounds to 130 pounds

Kirsten came to me in December of 2022 with the aspirations of competing in a show one day. We began by building her metabolic rate and focused on adding as much lean tissue as we could for the first 4 months. During this process she dropped a lot of excess bodyfat before we shifted into a fat loss phase for the show. 


Kirsten was very eager to learn and asked ample questions throughout the entire process and never failed to communicate effectively with me. She was able to obtain her national qualification and placed top 3 in all of her classes in her first show.



Xavier Baah

225 pounds to 219 pounds in 6 months

Xavier came to me in January of 2021 looking to get into better shape. 3 months into this process he shared interest in competing so we shifted focus towards a show prep. During this prep he was able to pack on a lot of muscle while losing fat simultaneously. He got 2nd place in all of his classes and obtained a national qualification in his first show. We went on to pack on another 20 pounds of muscle before he transitioned into classic physique and obtained his national qualification again the following year!

Alexis North

145 pounds to 130 pounds in 5 months

Alexis came to me in March to get in better shape for her wedding in 2024. During this process we found her passion for competing and are looking to debut after her wedding! We put focus in properly nourishing her body and focused on optimizing her training performance.
